Cancel membership

Naturally, we regret that you are about to cancel your membership at GLTC Be Quick.

Cancel in time

Termination of membership is only possible if this is reported no later than four weeks before the end of the current calendar year. This is stipulated in article 6 paragraph 2 of our Articles of Association. Members who terminate after this period, pay the full annual contribution for the coming calendar year.

In other words: it is not possible to get a (partial) refund of contributions, when the membership is terminated in the meantime. The standard memberships are entered into for the entire association year.

Change membership

Are you unable to play tennis actively for a long period of time for certain reasons, but would you like to remain a member and stay informed of the news surrounding GLTC Be Quick? Ask about the possibilities to convert your membership for the following year into a donation. Send an email to [email protected].
