General Meeting of Members
The General Members Meeting (GMM) plays a central role in our association. It is the moment when members come together to make important decisions, vote on various issues and determine the direction of the association together. As the most important body within our club, the GMM is responsible for determining policy and supervising the general course of affairs. The statutes stipulate that the GMM must meet at least once a year to achieve this.
Submit initiatives for a meeting?
If you have any questions or would like more information prior to the meeting, please feel free to contact us. We believe that by working together and appreciating everyone's input, we can strengthen and enrich our association. We hope to see you at the next AGM, because your vote is important to us.
What is discussed at a meeting?
Prior to the AGM, all relevant information, including agenda, location, date and time, will be shared with the members. This ensures that everyone can participate well prepared in the meeting. Members are encouraged to actively participate, ask questions and cast their vote. This is your chance to contribute to the future of our club.
Where can I find the meeting documents?
The documents can be accessed behind the login in the KNLTB ClubApp. If you cannot find them, you can contact the secretary of the board.
